Color Therapy is the science of using colors to change or maintain vibrations in the body to a frequency that is balanced, giving us harmony and good health.

Color is all around us every day. We soak the color in through our bodies and not only do these colors affect us physically, but also emotionally and spiritually.

Color can help restore vitality to the body through the projection of specific color rays, which are then absorbed by the chakra centers.

The pituitary gland transforms these colors into energy to rebuild the centers that are lacking in energy, and to stimulate healing in our bodies.

The seven colors represent the seven main chakras. Every cell in the body needs light energy, so color energy has widespread influence on the whole body.

I encourage you to study Color Therapy. It's a fascinating, non-evasive, alternative way to possibly heal and overcome some of the issues you may have and also look at life in a...yep, you guessed it...different color!

DID U KNOW?...

-Men and women see the color red differently. While women tend to see maroon, cardinal, and crimson, men typically just see red. No varying tones, hues, or shades–just color-crayon, fire engine red. Poor fellas!

-Colors are responsible for 62-90% of our first impressions of one another. If you prefer a particular color, you may be subconsciously drawn to other individuals who are wearing that color.

-According to a survey conducted in seventeen countries around the world, blue is the favorite color of forty percent of the population. Purple was a distant second. And white was voted the least popular color.

-Yellow and orange should not be used in kitchens, as they are known to stimulate the appetite. There goes the diet!

-It seems the taste of the food depends on the color of dishes. For example, hot chocolate tastes best in orange cups, and coffee better in brown ones.
